Has the grief from a loss or a divorce become crippling and you are unsure how to recover?
Have you been struggling with anxiety or depression for years but nothing you’ve tried in the past seemed to help?
Has the conflict in your relationship become so intense that you and/or your partner are ready to throw in the towel? Or, do you want to address conflict, communication issues or life changes in your marriage before they reach a crisis point?
I take the time to get to know my clients and build a strong relationship before developing a treatment plan that is individually tailored to your needs, strengths, and abilities.
As your coach and guide, my goal is to increase your self-awareness and confidence in your ability so that you can face anything that life throws at you in the future. I use many different evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and narrative therapy.
I have a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from The Citadel and am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate.
My areas of interest are:
- Adjustment Disorders
- Persistent Mental Illness
- Relationship Issues
