Are you experiencing family conflict due to a child’s behavior disturbances or ADHD symptoms? Has your teenager become moody, angry, or withdrawn and you are unsure what is normal and what needs addressed?
Have past traumatic experiences left you feeling isolated, lonely, and depressed? Has your child or adolescent experienced trauma and they need help moving forward and healing?
Are you in the LGBTQ+ community and seeking guidance as you make decisions regarding your sexuality?
Is daily depression or anxiety crippling you from enjoying life and significant relationships?
I understand that overcoming life’s challenges can be daunting, but you are not alone. My goal is to help you heal, create hope, and build self-esteem. I come alongside and encourage you to identify and utilize your inner strengths as we review past experiences which have caused you emotional pain. Then we create change by practicing empowering and positive thinking strategies. I utilize play therapy for children as I have found it to be very effective to help them express their emotions and experiences.
Through humor and encouragement of self-care practices, I can help you heal from past trauma, find confidence making tough decisions, and learn how to navigate future challenges.
