Are you navigating a major transition with LGBTQ+ Transgender Issues?
I am an LGBTQ+ friendly counselor and therapist and understand the needs of the LGBTQ+ community. I’m passionate about supporting individuals of diverse gender identities in their journey towards living authentically. My experience includes supporting transgender and gender non-conforming individuals as they consider or begin hormone replacement therapies and other gender-affirming medical procedures. Whether you are gay, lesbian, transgender, or uncertain about your sexuality and gender identity, I am here to be a friendly therapist for your counseling needs.
Is anxiety, stress, or trauma interfering with your daily life?
I value your courage and strength to seek positive changes through counseling. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment to help you pursue your goals. I carefully blend support, gentle humor, and challenge into my approach with clients.
I work with teenagers, adults, and couples with concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, attention/concentration difficulties, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
I understand therapy can be intimidating but I’m committed to building a gentle and nurturing environment, enabling you to find clarity and peace from life’s challenges.
I completed my Master and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hartford and am now completing my residency as a Post-Doctoral Fellow.
