Jenna Stephens, PSY.D.
Is it a challenge for you to complete your daily responsibilities due to feeling crushed under the weight of anxiety, depression, and negative thoughts?
Has your child or adolescent been angry or sad recently or isolating themselves in their room and spending less time with friends and family?
Do you suffer from a medical condition and have difficulty adjusting to a new way of life?
Have you noticed that you are often putting others first and in turn you feel angry, depressed, resentful, and as if you do not have enough time to care for yourself?
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I assist individuals from all ages in navigating the struggles of life. Our mind and our body are connected in so many ways and it is important to address not only our physical health but also our emotional well-being in order to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Throughout our work together, I will offer support and encouragement while also providing you with tools so that you can effectively manage future life stressors.
I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I completed a pre-doctoral internship at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center and a postdoctoral residency at Community Health Center, Inc.
My clients come to me with a variety of concerns including:
- Grief and bereavement
- Low self-esteem or self-confidence
