Elizabeth Lee, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Do you think you need counseling but are hesitant to get started?
Making that first call is a big step but taking care of yourself, emotionally, is so important. My role is to support and encourage you through your struggles and partner with you in making the changes you want to see. We all need help at times and it is an honor for me to provide needed support as you go through life’s changes.
Are you troubled with negative and self-defeating thoughts about yourself and your life?
My primary mode of treatment is a highly effective approach called CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Making the connection between what we are thinking and our mental health has been scientifically proven to significantly improve mood and reduce feelings of anxiety or depression.
Are you troubled by your child’s behaviors but don’t know what will work?
I have a toolkit of highly effective strategies and techniques that will help you regain control and strengthen your relationship.
For fifteen years, I have worked in school systems, alcohol and drug treatment facilities, and mental health/vocational rehabilitation centers.
My areas of interest are:
- Parent and Child Relationships
- Children (8+)
- ADD/ADHD in Children and Adults
In addition to clients who are private pay, I am in-network with the following insurance companies:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (State, Federal, and BlueChoice)
- Medicaid (Select Health)
