Counselor Elizabeth Lee, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Do you think you need counseling but are hesitating to get started?
Making that first call is a big step but taking care of ourselves emotionally is so important. My role is to support and encourage you through your struggles and partner with you in making the changes you want to see. We all need help at times and it is an honor for me to have the opportunity to give them the support they need as they go through life’s changes.

Are you troubled with negative and self-defeating thoughts about yourself and your life?
My primary mode of treatment is a highly effective approach called CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy. Making the connection between what we are thinking and our mental health is proven through research to significantly improve mood and reduce feelings of anxiety or depression.

Are you troubled by your child’s behaviors but don’t know what will work?
I have a toolkit of highly effective strategies and techniques that will help you regain control and strengthen your relationship.

For fifteen years I have helped elementary-aged children, adults, couples and families. Over the course of my career I have worked in school systems, alcohol and drug treatment facilities and mental health/vocational rehabilitation centers.

I am currently in-network with all Blue Cross Blue Shield plans including State, Federal and BlueChoice as well as Select Health Medicaid. If you have questions about the cost of counseling or using your insurance, our administrative staff is ready to help you get clear and accurate answers.

If you have questions or are ready to begin counseling, contact us today.  Our friendly administrative staff will make the process of scheduling your first appointment easy and comfortable.  Don’t continue to feel alone in your struggles, we are here to help.
