As the journey of life unfolds there are times we need help and guidance sorting out challenges, transitions and changing roles/responsibilities. In my 40 years of professional work I have had extensive experience supporting individuals, couples and families to solve issues in their relationships and improve their satisfaction and happiness.

Therapy helps us to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our partner and to learn skills that will help our relationships thrive. Our greatest joys and hurts are felt in our essential relationships whether it is with our spouse, children or family of origin. Although when we are stuck the challenges can seem impossible to resolve, together we will work through these challenges and help you feel competent and confident in resolving your differences.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and have spent my professional career working in hospital and clinic settings. If you have questions about my background or approach, send me a message using the form below.
