Are you a teenager or young adult confused about making relationships work or figuring out your life path?

Are you a couple wondering if your differences mean you are not right for each other?

Are you an adult struggling with painful feelings of anxiety and depression?

My goal is to put myself out of a job by helping you to reach your goals. Previous clients have described me as approachable, accepting, and collaborative.

You may be seeking help because you want more authentic and meaningful relationships with those around you, and I will help you remove barriers that block this vital closeness. I will also help you understand the impact of your personality on how you function in all of your relationships.

I also have experience working with the following issues:

  • Trauma and grief
  • Major life changes
  • Addictions
  • Bipolar disorder

For clients who wish to use their insurance, I am in-network for the following plans:

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (including Federal and State plans)
  • Tricare

I received a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the College of Charleston, went on to receive my Master’s in Clinical Counseling from The Citadel, and am a native of Charleston.
